ACH

The Automatic Clearing House feature allows you to make regular monthly or one time transfers between your bank account and your PCITrade account. About ACH. Please note that you cannot make monthly withdrawals and deposits at the same time for an account. Please be sure to sign and date the form before mailing it in. Initial funds are typically available within 10 business days after receipt of the form. After an ACH has been setup, funds are typically available for transactions within 1 business day.

Account/Security Tranfer Form (ACAT)

If you like to have all your brokerage accounts receive the same great service and values from PCITrade, please use an Account Transfer Form to transfer all or part of the funds/securities from another brokerage firm to us. Mail us the signed and dated form and include a copy of your most recent account statement from the previous firm.

Securities Certificates

When delivering physical securities, write your PCITrade account number on the front of the certificate. The back of the certificate may be endorsed, or you can sign a Stock Power. Non-restricted securities are typically posted to the account within 14-21 business day of receipt. Please make sure to include your PCITrade account number on the front of stock certificate(s).

Important Information for Your Account Activation:

Complete all the document required for the type of account(s) you open with PCITrade, send them back to our Mailing Address (see Open Account for mailing detail). After we process your (1.) account document and (2.) your deposit, we will confirm your account number, account password as well as your Server IP with you via mail. Once you receive this confirm package, please go to Software Download for next step.
